Patrick Herzog is a German military veteran and following his military service became a qualified sports scientist, functional therapist and personal trainer. He runs his own personal training studio, is head of education for Flexvit and, as you will hear in just a moment directly from him, he has accumulated vast and widespread experience in functional training, educating and developing functional training equipment. A quick heads up - the youtube version does not have a crystal clear video unfortunately but I still think it is very much worth watching because Patrick does in fact demonstrate several exercises - you will still greatly benefit from the audio version.
